Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using PostPilot (the service at usepostpilot.app), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. The service

PostPilot uses Claude (by Anthropic) to generate suggested LinkedIn post drafts based on your input. You own the output and are responsible for what you publish.

We do not guarantee that generated posts will produce any specific engagement, follower growth, or business outcome.

3. Plans & billing

• Free: 3 generations per day, no card required, no expiration.
• Pro: $19/month or $190/year, unlimited generations, rewrites, and hashtag suggestions.
• Trial: Pro includes a 7-day free trial. Cancel anytime during the trial without charge.
• Billing is handled by Polar.sh as Merchant of Record. They collect and remit applicable VAT/sales tax for your jurisdiction.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You can cancel anytime from the customer portal — your access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Refunds

We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked refund on your first paid month or year. Email hello@usepostpilot.app within 14 days of your first charge.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use PostPilot to:

• Generate harassment, hate speech, or disinformation
• Impersonate another person or brand
• Generate content for spam, phishing, or fraudulent campaigns
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the service or extract our prompts
• Resell access to your account

Violations may result in account termination without refund.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
